Overview
Metro’s 2022 Customer Experience Plan and Vision 2028 Strategic Plan create a framework to transform mobility in the Los Angeles region. Metro has also developed a variety of helpful resources for improving bus stops in Greater LA. For example, the Regional Bus Stop Improvements Initiative supports sustainable, equitable and innovative solutions for Metro bus stops.
